In recovery many of us are just beginning to experience our feelings and each feeling is an important tool to recovery.

 

 Our Higher Power would not want us to deny or numb ourselves from them any longer because that is not the road to complete freedom but in Him is a place where our sadness is turn into joy. It is a mystery how He can take our sadness and change it but He can and He will. Our job is to hold up into the light- His light and give it completely to Him. We can not manage it but our God can.
